On the eve of Week 2
So here I am looking over week two's supersets. Not to much of a difference from week one, just a little extras added on. Im kinda interesting to see what my measurements are tomorrow.. I got pretty curious and took a quick body fat measurement today, and I had to check it twice because im now down to about 19% which is a great deal since last monday i was at 21.

Some starting problems but still pushing forward.
Because of my work schedule I had to slightly change my work out routine. I'm going to complete day 3 of the workout tomorrow. I plan to update everything then.

Count down to the new me!
So a few weeks ago I was surfing the net and cam across this website called " I want my six pack abs." The web site centered around Arnel and in 16 weeks he went from "Blah" to "YA!" Using an interesting concept of a different work out each week, a meal plan, and easy to use instruction. I started the program around the 16th of August. Shortly after I noticed someone by the name of joe started a GOOGLE group with this concept
"My name is Joe and I reside in West Des Moines, Iowa, USA. You have found this board from Arnel's Beyond Six Pack Abs google group and you are getting ready to join me as a worldwide team to see who, after 16 hard weeks, has the biggest transformation towards their journey of achieving "Six Pack Abs!"
On September 3rd, we will be beginning our 16 week challenge following Arnel's program.
Why here you ask? I have a problem with motivation and procrastination. I put out the call to seek out 2 or 3 people that are willing to start with me on the same day. to add some support and accountability on my part. Well, come to find out... I am not the only one with this problem. To overcome it, we now have a group that is 120 people strong and GROWING. We have people in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Austrailia, Malaysia, Spain, France and more!
We will use this board to chat about what is working on our team journey and what is not. Arnel will be poking in and seeing how our group is doing.
Arnel and two of his fellow fitness experts will be judging our outcome."
So I joined and now starting on 3Sept07 I plan to document my journey to a new, healthier me. And I encourage you to keep up... and laugh, cry and join me in this journey.
